On Tuesday October 18, KCOE held its 8th annual North American Operational Excellence Summit at Saint Vincent College. The topic of this year’s conference was “The Spark: Igniting an Excellent Culture.” The Summit began with its traditional Pre-Summit Dinner which was held the evening before and featured Eric Kulikowski of Philips Respironics.
