Sustaining Change Workshop

Date: May 8 & 9, 2012

Purpose of Sustaining Change:

The purpose of this 2-day continued Cultural Change and Introduction to lean implementation workshop is to introduce the second level of the first phase of the KCOE System of Operational Excellence: Engaging People, Cultural Change.

Who Should Attend?

If you’re a leader (top level or middle management) that understands culture is the key to success for both your continuous improvement efforts and business as a whole, and you’re implementing any versions of balanced scorecard, daily meetings, problem solving, safety system or 5S, this workshop is for you.

What will you learn?

During this workshop you will learn the connection between the Level A tools and new Level B tools, both human and operational, that should tie your current Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement Systems even closer together. This workshop is designed to build on cultural change improve your understanding of sustaining results.
