2010 Operational Excellence Summit On October 19, 2010 the Kennametal Center for Operational Excellence at Saint Vincent College (KCOE) held its annual North American Operational Excellence Summit. This year’s Operational Excellence Summit featured keynote presentations from Mark Graban, author of Lean Hospitals and founder of LeanBlog, and Francois Minville, General Manager of Bombardier. Evening with Mark Graban On Monday, October 18, 2010 the Kennametal Center for Operational Excellence (KCOE) held its pre-summit dinner which featured special guest, Mark Graban. The private dinner was an opportunity for invitees to meet Mark Graban, who was selected as KCOE’s Keynote Presenter for their 2010 North American Operational Excellence Summit. The dinner (and following conference) was held at the Conference Center at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA.
