Cultural Change Workshop

Date: March 13 & 14, 2012

Purpose of Cultural Change:

The purpose of this 2-day Cultural Change Workshop is to introduce attendees to the first phase of the KCOE System of Operational Excellence: Engaging People, Cultural Change.

Who should attend?

If you’re a leader (top level or middle management) that understands culture is the key to success for both your continuous improvement efforts and business as a whole, AND you want to learn KCOE’s cultural change model and system, this event is for you.

What will you learn?

During this workshop you will learn cultural change tools that will help you and your team build a continuous improvement framework to sustain results.  Another ways to think about it: you need to build a foundation on which your lean system can work. Our framework is that foundation.

Cultural Change workshop is held at the Fred M. Rogers Center at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA.

The Cultural Change workshop is $495 per person.
