Steven’s business background began at age 18 when he started as an independent concert promoter in small venues. Eventually that business evolved into other entertainment and multimedia services for weddings, professionals, and high schools; and is still in business today. During his college years, Steven’s leadership experience continued as he served as the Student Government Association Executive President. During that time he lead a debate broadcast on CPSAN, and was a part the welcoming party of 6 for President George W. Bush. Steven is also currently serving as the Residence Hall Director of Rooney Hall at Saint Vincent where he is implementing pieces of the OE system.
Currently, Steven is implementing the KCOE System as well as conducting training seminars and programs. Steven is also responsible for the KCOE Institute for Operational Excellence . Although he enjoys training and speaking, his favorite part about KCOE is coaching: “There’s nothing more exciting than getting on the floor coaching the KCOE System and engaging people in continuous improvement.”
Outside the Center Steven enjoys being with his family in his hometown of Saint Marys, PA, as well as sporting activities. Steven was a member of the Saint Vincent Cross Country team and was the first track & field runner to suit up as an official member of the SVC Track team. If Steven’s not with his family, you’re likely to find him traveling somewhere new for a hiking adventure or hunting in the woods of Pennsylvania.
