KCOE is comprised of a team of coaches who are passionate about working along side leaders and their teams, teaching them the tools and principles of Operational Excellence, and guiding them on the journey to world-class performance. The game plan our coaches use as a frame-work for sucess is The KCOE System ( developed by KCOE Executive-in-Residence Rodger Lewis ).

The KCOE System begins with the hard work of cultural change. Coaches come alongside top-level leaders as they coalesce around specific goals and objectives, plan for improvement, and begin to communicate with the organization. Coaches spend regularly weekly time with leaders teaching them and helping them to apply the principles of the KCOE System to their particular situation. Coaches will work closely with a primary operational leader and a top leadership team. Beyond that, they will assist in the development of a team of in-house coaches who can do the leg work of improvement activities. Along the way, coaches bring their resources of material, training programs, experiential education and facilitation, and experience applying the KCOE System.
