About Institute Expositions

Would you like to see how other organizations are implementing operational excellence? If you’ve been around KCOE, chances are you’ve heard us say the “3G’s.” That is, go see, get the facts, and grasp the situation. Expositions allow both Institute members and members of the general public to do just that with world-class clients who are implementing parts of the OE system. Expositions consist of a plant/hospital tour and could also consist of a gathering at Saint Vincent College.

At the exposition, KCOE coaches will greet you alongside other Institute members. This is a great opportunity to see and hear success stories at organizations that are engaged in continuous improvement.
