Residents in eastern Allegheny and Westmoreland counties now have an advanced cardiac care program in their own backyard. The Ed Dardanell Heart and Vascular Center makes the most of Forbes’ resources. Patients who have special medical needs are connected to experts throughout the hospital — experts who can meet a patient’s medical, social and spiritual needs.
Partnership with KCOE - KCOE has been actively coaching and mentoring the members of the Cardiovascular Surgery Value Stream in implementing Operational Excellence using the cultural change model for approximately 2 years.
