Cutom Lean Training - The KCOE offers a mix of classroom and hands-on training classes in traditional lean tools like Kanban, Andon, Flow, Pull, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping and more. Students love our classes because we incorporate plenty of demonstrations, learning experiences, real life examples, and human and cultural tools to support improvement. Packages come in half, full and two day versions. Come to Saint Vincent College for your event or host it onsite and save!

Leadership and Team Building Events - Your organization needs more then just process improvements. People and teams need to be developed to propel you into the future. They need to think big, work together, and strive toward common organizational goals.
KCOE provides team building and leadership training to bring your people together, workout personal problems, and develop leadership skills. We do it here at Saint Vincent College, at your location, or in the beautiful Laurel Highlands at one of several Camp and Conference Centers.
Typical Events Include:
Kaizen Events - Traditional consultants come in and “fix” your problem, sometimes leaving a bigger mess then when the kaizen, or improvement, event began. KCOE Kaizen events include front line empowerment and training, full follow up, and cultural/human tools that insure sustained improvement.
Let us show you how the KCOE System works within a specified value stream, department, or team. Do you need a focused improvement project or kaizen event? KCOE will show your team how to implement and sustain a focused improvement by including the necessary cultural change tools. Pilot projects included, but are not limited to, 5S+1, Safety System, Balanced Scorecard, and Problem Solving
