KCOE and Rodger Lewis have implemented The KCOE System all over the globe in various sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare and service. We can show you how the KCOE System works within a specific value stream, department, or team.

This is a great option if you want to see a part of the System at work and you need a focused improvement activity (a.k.a. kaizen event).
